our firm has extensive experience representing Union-appointed trustees in the
arbitration of deadlock disputes between the Union- and Employer-appointed Trustees
on jointly-administered Taft-Hartley benefit plans. We also have considerable experience
in representing trustees in regulatory compliance investigations by the Department of
Labor.
