In addition to the firm's practice representing labor organizations in the collective
bargaining context, we have an active practice assisting clients with compliance
issues under federal law, including mandatory annual filings for labor organizations
with the Department of Labor.  Our practice includes representation of clients
during government inquiries.  Our firm has a history of achieving successful

The firm also provides assistance, advice and representation to clients concerning
issues arising under the constitution and bylaws of labor organizations, including
elections, trusteeship issues, disciplinary charges, audits and other compliance
