The firm's practice includes all aspects of representation under the National Labor Relations Act, the Railway Labor Act, and the
    Labor-Management Relations Act.  In addition, the firm has experience representing public sector employee organizations at
    the state and federal level.  Our representation of organizations also involves regulatory compliance issues under the Labor-
    Management Reporting and Disclosure Act and issues arising under the constitution and   bylaws of labor organizations,
    including elections.

    We also represent clients under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, with particular experience in the representation
    of trustees in the resolution of trustee disputes in arbitration.

    Our representation of individual clients includes the negotiation of employment agreements on behalf of executives and
    professionals.
