- Stephen Feinberg has practiced for over thirty years, concentrating in the
representation of employees, labor unions and employee benefit funds in
civil litigation. He has been lead counsel in numerous complex litigation
matters, including class and FLSA representative actions.
Stephen received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering with
high honors from the University of Illinois in 1972. He then attended the
University of Chicago Law School, earning his law degree in 1975.
In addition to the state bars of Illinois and Georgia, Stephen has been
admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States
Courts of Appeal for the Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Eleventh Circuits, and the
United States District Courts for the Northern Districts of Illinois and Indiana.
