the private and public sectors in all aspects of the collective
bargaining relationship, including contract negotiation, grievance

litigation. We maintain an active practice under both the
National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act
(regulating labor relations in the airline and rail industries).
We also provide representation to employee benefit funds
involving regulatory compliance and internal dispute resolution
among trustees.

individuals in the employment relationship both in contract
negotiation and litigation.
