Stephen Feinberg

Stephen J. Feinberg has a broad litigation background.  He has served as lead counsel in federal and state courts throughout the country in a wide variety of substantive matters, including ERISA, fiduciary, labor, employment, FLSA, fraud, antitrust, whistleblower, contract, construction and commercial litigation.  Steve has jury trial and extensive appellate experience.  He has litigated complex and class action matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in both federal and state courts, trial and appellate levels.  For more than twenty years, while practicing in Chicago, Steve was the principal litigation counsel for numerous labor unions and multi-employer benefit funds while also representing employees in employment, ERISA and FLSA class actions. 

Since joining the firm in 2007, Steve has represented employees and organizations in Railway Labor Act and ERISA litigation and arbitrations.  In 2007 and 2011, Steve represented coalitions of rail labor organizations before Presidential Emergency Boards.
